How do I get started with Fields Functionality?

Getting started is easy! Simply schedule a complimentary consultation on the Fields Functionality app, to meet our coaches, explore the gym, discuss your goals and assess your current physical abilities. This 60 minute private session ensures you get started on the right foot. From there, we'll create a personalized plan tailored to your goals and abilities. If you're not local to us here in Florida, then check out our digital app with Video on Demand, where we're adding new videos regularly!

What sets Fields Functionality apart from other gyms?

We are the only physical location offering Adult Gymnastics classes in Palm Beach County! Unlike standard fitness gyms, our expert coaches provide hands-on support and use our unique, specially-designed equipment for teaching optimal movement and gymnastics skills, even to beginners. We prioritize personalized attention, safety, and accessibility. We provide a welcoming & intimate experience with intentionally limited group class sizes, in a positive, non-competitive environment.

What is the training approach like at Fields Functionality?

Our motto is: Enjoy the journey. We focus on building integrated Functional Strength, progressively, through Gymnastics-based movements, drills, and conditioning exercises. The foundation is stability, flexibility, and mobility, which leads to balance in the body. We include pre-hab in our training to prevent injury. We also practice the philosophy of Developmental Gymnastics training to "Learn it Slow, Get it Permanently". If you feel you're not ready for gymnastics, we also teach foundational functional movement patterns, yoga therapeutics, and corrective exercises to help prepare your body and mind.

Do you offer nutritional guidance?

Yes, we do!  Meriah is a certified Holistic Health Coach who teaches integrative nutrition. She'll work with you to create a balanced, sustainable eating plan based on your lifestyle and the needs that complement your training regimen. We believe that nutrition is an essential component of overall health and fitness.

Can I cancel or change my membership?

Yes, we offer flexible membership options with no long-term contracts. You can cancel or change your membership at any time with no hassle. Simply speak with a member of our staff, and we'll assist you with any adjustments you need.
